For superior continuous and high-precision Processing, Doosan Machine Tools has released the PUMA ST10GS Multi-Purpose Turning Lathe. This machine is designed for processing very small parts used in medical equipment, electronics and automotive.
In response to demand and adapting to the rapidly changing market conditions, to complement the new PUMA ST10GS with a maximum diameter of 10 mm, Doosan Machine Tools has expanded the range by releasing the new PUMA ST – 10 / 20 / 26 / 32 / 35.
High precision built-in Spindle with a maximum speed of 1200 rpm and built-in motor emit much less noise and vibration. The PUMA ST10GS has extremely high Processing precision and also provides a more comfortable working environment. The optimized cooling system reduces thermal distortion (error) caused by temperature changes during automatic operation.
Improved productivity with efficient tooling solutions. The new model is equipped with four cross tools (standard Complete set), which are very useful when performing milling and special cutting. Effective positioning of instruments in horizontal configuration (X1 direction, Y-axis feed) rpm minimizes idle time between processes and during tool-to-tool switching.
